Formation

In 2018, a group of passionate innovators — united by their love for technology and video games — laid the foundation for what would become Cloud Unit Zen. The studio was born from a shared vision: to create meaningful value within the Vietnamese gaming industry and to make a lasting impact through creativity and technology. From the very beginning, Cloud Unit Zen was driven by a desire to bring imagination to life and to redefine the future of mobile game development.

2019–2022

Breakthrough

Despite the global challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, this period marked a major turning point and the beginning of Cloud Unit Zen’s explosive growth. With determination, creativity, and resilience, the studio overcame obstacles to become one of the leading forces in Vietnam’s game development industry.

During this time, Cloud Unit Zen launched several highly successful mobile games that achieved remarkable global recognition and financial success across multiple platforms. The studio’s flagship title, Money Run, exceeded 50 million downloads and reached the Top 1 Game category in the U.S. market — a milestone that solidified its international reputation.

This success was followed by a series of hit releases such as MineCraft, StickerMan, and other innovative projects that showcased the team’s commitment to creative excellence, engaging gameplay, and cutting-edge design.
